Product Recall Notice IC-A220 (#71) TSO

We have identified a potential issue affecting certain IC-A220 (#71) TSO units. As a precautionary measure, we have decided to recall all affected units.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Details of the Recall
Description of the Issue
The following issue has been confirmed under specific operating conditions:
- When the IC-A220 (#71) TSO is operated with a 24V power supply, the unit may fail to power on. Once powered on, the unit does not unintentionally power off.
- When operated with a 12V power supply, this issue does not occur.
Countermeasure
To address this issue, we will carry out a performance improvement to expand the operating voltage margin.
Customer Action
Customers using the affected IC-A220 (#71) TSO model are kindly requested to contact the retailer from whom the product was purchased for further instructions regarding this recall.
