Medium Term Business Plan 2026
(Announced May 11, 2023)
Background to the Formulation of the Medium Term Business Plan 2026
In the fiscal year ended March 2021, we formulated our Medium Term Business Plan 2023 under the theme of "Solidifying Our Foundation for Sustainable Growth." Through this plan, we strengthened our management base and worked to achieve appropriate growth and enhance long-term corporate value. Although we did not achieve the final targets for the fiscal year ended March 2023 due to deviations from our initial assumptions regarding market conditions and the business environment, we did achieve record-high sales. Building on this momentum, and with the slogan of "Icom: Towards a 100-Year Company," we have formulated the Medium Term Business Plan 2026, covering the period up to the fiscal year ending March 2026, with a focus on strengthening our corporate foundation to generate high profit.
